How to Request a Refund

- Include the email address associated with your account
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request during the 7-day guarantee period.
What Happens After a Refund
- Your subscription is cancelled immediately
- All AI assistant instances are deactivated
- The refund is issued to your original payment method via Stripe
- You can re-subscribe at any time, though the guarantee applies only to your first subscription
Exclusions
The money-back guarantee does not cover:
- Subscription renewals (recurring charges after the first billing period)
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Requests submitted after the 7-day window has expired
- Re-subscriptions by users who have previously received a refund
