Eligibility

The guarantee applies when you:

  • Are within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • Are on your first subscription (not renewals or re-subscriptions)
  • Submit your refund request via email to support@openclaw.jobs

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@openclaw.jobs with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include the email address associated with your account
  3. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request during the 7-day guarantee period.

What Happens After a Refund

  • Your subscription is cancelled immediately
  • All AI assistant instances are deactivated
  • The refund is issued to your original payment method via Stripe
  • You can re-subscribe at any time, though the guarantee applies only to your first subscription

Exclusions

The money-back guarantee does not cover:

  • Subscription renewals (recurring charges after the first billing period)
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day window has expired
  • Re-subscriptions by users who have previously received a refund

Refunds Outside the Guarantee Period

If you are outside the 7-day guarantee window and believe you have a valid reason for a refund (e.g., extended service outage, billing error), please contact us. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
